What kind of information do I get from this Home maintenance review?
Our consultant will not only discuss the services provided
under the HandyPlan®, but also, leave you with a detailed report of
things around your home that need immediate, short term or long term
repairs.
Do I have to sign up for all the HandyPlan® services?
No, you do not. You select only the services you want
performed seasonally. You tell us what works best for you and we will
see to it that your needs are met promptly.
How do I decide the number of service calls I need?
Your selection of services will determine how many days per
season you will need. We will work with you on a plan with you, during
your consultation.
How long is a typical visit?
The length of our visit really depends on the services you
selected. Some projects only require one half day, while others may
require a day or more. For example, power washing and staining and
deck, is a multi-day job.
Does the plan cover materials needed on the jobs?
The plan does not cover materials. All materials needed for
your jobs, and any appropriate taxes, will be billed separately at the
time of service.
Will I get the same technician to come to my home?
Because your comfort level is very important to us, our
goal is to send the same technician to your home each time. As you know
sometimes, even the best-laid plans are subject to Murphy's
law. We will inform you in advance, which of our skilled
technicians, will be at your home.
What does it cost to sign up for this program?
For a limited time we are waiving the startup fee (a $140
value!). Your monthly charge will be assessed based on the services
requested for the year. A direct monthly billing to a credit card or
checking account is required.
What happens if sell my home?
As long as you are within our service area, the agreement
is transferable to your new home. As soon as you are settled in, we
will come out to conduct a Home maintenance review for your new home
and develop a new service plan for you. If on the other hand, you move
out of our service area, we will be unable to serve you.

How do I get on this plan?

consultation. A home maintenance consultant will come to your home to
discuss the available services under the plan. In addition, a complete
Home Maintenance Review of your home will be performed during this
