An Idea

Since opening her business in 2003, Tina Gleisner has seen more women enter the construction industry. Coupled with her passion to help women business owners succeed, Tina identified an opportunity for a women in construction to join together in marketing their businesses. 4 Walls 1 Roof provides women business owners, and women leaders within small businesses, the opportunity to create and leverage marketing activities that are often unaffordable to a start-up business.

Many of the 4 Walls ideas stem from Tina's affiliation with New Hampshire's Womens Business Center. As a board member, she launched a one-on-one mentoring program, along with a monthly real estate/construction group to support an unequal number of mentors/mentees. Gayle Sanders and Tina collaborated on this group from it's inception in 2002. When discussing the idea of a women in construction group with Elizabeth Early-Sheehan, another WBC member, they realized the unique opportunity to broaden their scope to include products and services related to enhancing a home and the lifestyles of those who live within their walls.
